Air Chucks & Shafts

Yes. We fully support the legacy part numbers. Please see below.

STD Series Air Chucks & Shafts

Advantages of Air Chucks and Shafts

  1. Pays for itself in very little time due to decreased down time during roll changes.
  2. No tools necessary.
  3. Empty cores remove instantly.
  4. Less chance of telescoping rolls when placing roll on arbor.
  5. No parts to remove or lose.
  6. Compensates for wide variation of core inside diameters automatically.
  7. Eliminates possibility of core damage.
  8. Drives equally in both directions (accelerating and decelerating)
  9. Interchangeable with any arbor mounted type chuck.

Unique Design Features

  1. Fully expanding periphery for maximum holding power.
  2. Leaves are limited by "U" shaped restrainers in order to prevent over expansion (inflation without a core does not damage bladder)
  3. Bladder is fully protected by leaves and restrainers whether inflated or deflated.
  4. Return springs are provided to bring leaves back to minimum diameter when deflated.
  5. Large bladder diameter produces maximum possible holding torque.
