Description

Used on each end of a shaftless winder to hold a roll of material. Dimension diagram

100% concentric expansion - No bounce - Roll is lifted as roll rotates and core is gripped
Expanding elements are pin fitted on a cam
Expanding elements and body are heat treated for durability
Accomodates light and heavy tension.

No lubrication required

Cores may be reused - interior of core is not damaged.
Easy to care for and dependable
Available in 3", 4", 5" and 6" diameter
3" diameter maximimum roll weight 2,400 pounds each - 4,800 pounds total
6" diameter maximimum roll weight 8,000 pounds each - 16,000 pounds total
